bead embroidery

A painting by Monet of his beloved garden at Giverny provides the background for this sparkling bead embroidery neckpiece. Swarovski crystals and dichroic glass seed beads (yes, really!) are sprinkled throughout the rest of the glass beads to create an impressionistic treasure. Its fire and glamour are far beyond what the photo can capture, since the beads shift colors and flash in the changing light. Handmade beaded gold-filled links are accented by multi-hued Czech crystals, and topped by a vermeil S hook.
